How to Prepare Tea

Recommendations: 

WATER 

The water is a matter of great importance when we get an infusion of good quality. It was formerly believed that the best water as rain or snow, but not if it came from a collection from a storm or eave. But nowadays it is more advisable to use the spring water, which is still in grade quality. If you do not have spring water, and we must resort to the flow, it's best to leave standing water a good time for chlorine to evaporate. 

TEMPERATURE

INFUSION TIME

Black tea

Green tea:

Remove water from heat. Let your temperature drops to about 85 degrees Celsius (if you can check with a thermometer and if not, let it cool for about five minutes) before you pour it over the tea.

Let green tea infusion for two-three minutes 

Separate tea with a thin strainer, and enjoy a very exquisite green tea. 

As tea in envelopes: 

Put one or more bags of tea into a cup or teapot, pour boiling water and let stand 3 to 5 minutes, and enjoy a delicious tea.
